We loved buying fresh produce from local farms, stocking up on bulk ingredients, and cooking homemade meals, but every week, we found ourselves throwing away spoiled food.
Grains went stale, fruits rotted too fast, and freezer burn ruined perfectly good meats. We were wasting money, time, and food we worked hard to put on the table.
